Coquette by Aris is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. Once the package leaves our facility, it is under the control of the shipping carrier, and any inquiries regarding delays or lost shipments should be directed to them. However, we will assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and accept the conditions outlined in our shipping policy.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Orders placed before 6 PM are processed the same day and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays, shipping may take longer, though we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
We offer a standard flat shipping rate of $9.99 for domestic orders, with free shipping on all orders over $150. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout. We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping destination, and all orders include tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
Refunds, Exchanges & Lost Packages
We do not accept exchanges on clothing that has been worn. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. In such cases, a return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement provided that stock is available. If we cannot fulfill the order due to stock limitations, you will receive a full refund.
